Réservations

Several possibilities for your reservations :

Your reservation will be confirmed within a 24hour delay and you will be given an exchange voucher, with all the useful information for the pick up : time and place of rendez-vous, phone number to call in case of problem...

At the time of your reservation, you have to state whether you have out of size luggage.

Modifications

ALTESA Society keeps the right to change the schedule of departure the day before the intended transportation of course by informing its customers.

Any schedule or flight number modification shall be communicated at least within a 48-hour delay before the departure. In case of any last minute modification, you will be given a phone number at the moment of the reservation. If Altesa society is not aware of any of these modifications, the cost of the transportation will be at the customer's expense without any possible complaint.

Payments

ALTESA Society accepts the following means of payment :

    * Cheque
    * Cash
    * Credit tranfert
    *Credit Card

Fares

* The rates indicated are meant for a single trip.
* Our rates are all meant in Euros.
* The prices incude: all taxes, les péages, fuel and the insurance.
* The ticket of transport is calculated according to the number of persons being the subject of the same reservation.
* Baggage weighing less than 20 kilos per passenger and a carry-on luggage : Free. An extra charge of 5,00 € will be taken per supplementary or out of size baggage.
* Our fares are established upon the information known at September 1, 2005. A raising of prices of the fuel or any other load can involve or not a temporary modification of our rates. The possible revision of our rates will be communicated to you at the time of your reservation.
* Any going beyond of time and or kilometers not planned in the initial estimate will be added to the final invoice.
* Every hour started will be taken into account.

Cancellations

* ALTESA keeps the right to charge 100% of the reservation, if it has not been cancelled 24 hours before the pick up.

Conditions

* ALTESA Society cannot be held responsible for the objects or luggage left in the vehicles.
* In Personalized Service, transport is privative, without any waiting nor regrouping.
* You will be awaited by a driver at the exit of thedelivery luggage area of the airport, or at the end of the station platform with a sign bearing your name.
* We decline all responsibility for any damage caused by the delay, the suppression of a connection, particularly due to bad weather or bad conditions of traffic flow.
